I, Crystal Taylor in no way can guarantee the health of any animal I sell. However, I will guarantee it to be in good health at the time of sale, and to replace it should it be diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian as being unhealthy, meaning terminally ill. To qualify, purchaser must have puppy/dog examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of taking ownership excluding weekends and holidays. Any issues must be submitted with a written report from the veterinarian with test results showing diagnosis if any life threatening issues are found in one year. In the event of death a licensed veterinarian must perform an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death at the owners' expense. The report must be mailed to my attending veterinarian for review.
If the statement above has been complied with a replacement puppy will be supplied out of the earliest available litter of like breed or age. No cash refunds will be made. I reserve the right to have up to 1 year to replace your puppy.
I will not under any circumstance pay for any veterinarian fees or return moneys for travel expenses they are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. I do not guarantee against any kind of bacterial viruses including parvo. I will guarantee your puppy has had at least 1 puppy booster prior to leaving home. You agree to continue these vaccinations and complete them entirely or void this contract. You take on the responsibility to not let your puppy on public grounds until all vaccinations are completed.
I require all payments to be completed and cleared prior to leaving my home. All payments will be made payable to Crystal Taylor. If your paying via PayPal a 3.25% fee will be added. Purchaser agrees to no charge backs or refunds via PayPal.
I guarantee your puppy for one year against life threatening genetic disorders. Hypoglycemia is not genetic and no replacements will be made for Hypoglycemia. Health guarantee does not cover cryptorchidism, hernias, tight nostrils, luxating patella or hip dysplasia. I make nor imply any other guarantees this includes size, erect ears or color.
Most puppies are AKC registered some may be CKC and come with limited registration unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. I do not sell my puppies to be bred if you choose to do so it is at your own risk. No replacement puppies will be given for anything to do with breeding. Only life threatening genetic issues are covered.
