Guide for pricing of Yorkies is as follows:

Males or Females

4 lbs and under is a Tiny Toy or Teacup = $1000 & up.
4 to 6 lbs is a Toy = $800 to $1400.
6 to 12 lbs is a standard Yorkie size = $500 to $900.

Guide for pricing of Brussels Griffons is as follows:

Males or Females

4 to 8 lbs is a Toy = $800 to $2000.
8 to 12 lbs is a standard Griffon size = $600 to $1500.

These prices have to do with size of course but also the parents too. If they are out of our champion bloodline and/or if we have siblings from different litters making it possible to show you what you may be getting, etc. There are a lot factors to consider when pricing a puppy. We breed for health, temperament, hair and last - size. We want you to get a healthy puppy; there is nothing sadder than getting a puppy home and it having health problems. We are proud to say that in the near 14 years we have been breeding puppies we have had no life threatening problems. In other words no one has reported any of our puppies to have any genetic problems, a life threatening health problem.

The rule of thumb for weight as an adult is: The weight at 8 weeks old, multiply by 2 ½, and/or the weight at 12 weeks old multiply by 2.

Guide for pricing of Chihuahua is as follows:

Males or Females

4 lbs. and under = $400 and up.
4 to 6 lbs $200 to $400.
Over 6 lbs. are $150 to $300.

The rule of thumb for weight as an adult on chihuahuas is as follows: The weight at birth will be in ounces as adults that is converted to pounds. Example if pup weighs 3.6 ounces at birth he or she should weigh around 3.6 pounds as an adult.

Female pups being more expensive than males as a general rule because they are more desirable because they do not mark their territory in the same way as males. Also because they are breedable. Our yorkie and brussels griffon pups are AKC limited registration and are to be spayed or neutered at 6 months or at minimum 2 pounds. Since we have lowered all our prices on our Griffons and Yorkies if you would like their registration papers a $100 fee will be added. Our chihuahuas are CKC registered and are to be spayed or neutered at 6 months or at minimum 2 pounds.

If you do intend to breed, please don't breed a dog under 4 pounds. Your male must always be smaller than your female and he should come out of smaller parents than your female. Never breed two dogs that you don't know the parentage. If you do, your looking at a possible c-section, and possibly loosing your female. Please leave the breeding to responsible breeders that know what they are doing. We know what we are doing and we lose dogs, so breeding your pet is risky business.

We hear the story: "I just want my little girl to have one litter." That may be all she has alright because you could lose her. We do not breed outside our kennel because we don't know what we are breeding into. We have worked hard and spent lots of money to produce good pups and will not take the risk of producing anything less or being responsible for your pet dying.

Difference in sex is just a preference. Males can be more even tempered (They don't go through heat cycles). In a lot of cases males are more loving and are lap bunnies. This is not always true but in our home it is. Neutering does not always keep a male from lifting his leg. This is a natural process. Male or female - using a water spray bottle to squirt them and say no is the best way to housebreak them. Take them outside immediately after you squirt and say no. Don't ever hit a puppy with anything, newspaper, hand etc. or rub their nose in their stool, this breaks their spirit.

We can not guarantee the ears to stand up on the puppies, we tape the ears at 5 weeks for 3 days then remove the tape for 5 days then tape again for 3 days. If they start to droop or are not standing when you purchase the pup you can tape them up to see if they will stay. Some dogs ears stand up without any problems and some just don't. We cannot explain why this happens but we try to prevent it but nature is much stronger than us.

DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE.

We do everything possible to assure you are taking home a healthy pup. If the pup does have a problem and it is not life threatening, we require you to return the pup and we will nurse it back to health, (We do not pay vet bills) and then return the pup to you. If the pup should have a life threatening genetic problem (licensed Veterinary diagnoses required) within one year of purchase we will replace the pup with the next available like puppy. We do not guarantee pups that go to homes with small children - 10 years and under. Children are the leading cause of death to small pups. After purchase you are required to take the puppy to a licensed vet within 48 hours for a health checkup. If this is not complied with any and all guarantees are void. Any death must be accompanied by a licensed Veterinary autopsy for replacement.
